The Airport Concierge Manager is responsible for leading all airport concierge and passenger assistance operations at San Diego International Airport (SAN). This position oversees daily airport activities, VIP traveler coordination, passenger support services, and operational communication to ensure a seamless airport experience for all travelers.
The successful candidate will manage arriving, departing, and connecting passenger services while coordinating with airport personnel, airline representatives, transportation providers, and Worldwide Greeter operations teams. Responsibilities include monitoring flight activity, coordinating baggage assistance, providing terminal navigation support, supervising concierge personnel, and ensuring all services are delivered according to airport regulations and company standards.
This role requires exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, operational leadership, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a dynamic airport environment. The Airport Concierge Manager will serve as a key representative of Worldwide Greeter while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and service excellence throughout all passenger interactions.
